2018 Cancellation Policy

Entries close on 9th March 2018

(In previous years there has been a last minute rush after this date which makes it extremely difficult for organisers. Please enter timeously otherwise there will be a late entry penalty of R450 added to your entry fee) 

• R500.00 of the entry fee will be retained for admin costs, the balance refunded if written notice is received before 9th March 2018

• 00% of the entry fee will be refunded if the cancellation occurs after 9th March 2018, during registration or the race.

Rider details may be changed at an additional cost of R150 per entry until close of registration on 27 April 2018.
