The MTN Panorama Tour is 5 years old in 2010

It was the first ever four day road stage race for teams of two and has grown steadily every year bringing the joy of stage riding to more and more cyclists. The support of MTN has brought the race to an even higher level where cyclists of all abilities can enjoy the experience of tour riding.

The race takes place from Saturday April 24 - Tuesday April 27th 2010 with registration on Friday April 23 2010. The race starts and finishes each day at Casterbridge, White River.

Riders can book or source their accommodation in White River through the Lowveld Tourism website www.lowveldtourism.com . There is a wide variety of accommodation within the town ranging from camping to 5 star lodges.

The entry fee is R3050 (inc vat) per team of two riders (R1525 per person). This includes giveaways, finisher memento, snacks on the route of days one to three and a meal before the time trial. There is a cut-off of 8 hours for the long days and 2 hours for the time trial. Days One and Three will each have 3 water points, day Two will have one water point but none on the time trial. There will also be a water point at the finish.

There will be roving paramedics from ER24 on the route and at the finish. You will be provided with their emergency numbers.

There are daily award ceremonies where the leaders of each race category are presented with the stage leader jersey and the overall leaders are presented with the race leader's jersey. There are also prizes for hot spots and lucky draws.
